    Artic Monkeys - Finsbury Park - Guest List Management - May 2014

    Ginger Owl Productions were commissioned to manage the Artic Monkeys personal band guest list for friends and family at the two critically acclaimed Finsbury Park shows, working directly for management. Ginger Owl Productions were employed to work in the management office in advance of the shows receiving requests, collating and managing the lists and liaising with guests. We then went onto manage the guest box office on site including providing 3 staff for the event.

    UK Tour - 2015

    Ginger Owl Productions managed every aspect of the ticketing for the David Gilmour shows from on-sale to settlement including all office sales, agent allocations and guest list. We also managed the Production and Promoter holds and provided a Guest List team to take care of all band, crew, management and artist guest allocations on show days. We were involved from the outset with the negotiations regarding the strict terms and conditions on the show put in place to prevent tickets ending up on secondary ticketing sites and making sure that they were available to genuine fans instead. We also worked very closely with the venues on the night to help manage returns queues and any ticketing issues for people who had bought from touts.

    Download Festival - Donington Park - Guest List Management - 2008 - 2013

    Nancy ran the guestlist at Download Festival from 2008 - 2013 and was involved in co-ordinating every request from staff, bands, agents and industry companies. Nancy arranged all collections on site and collections for charity Cancer Research UK.

    Hans Zimmer- Hammersmith Apollo - 2014

    Ginger Owl Productions were commissioned to manage the manifest for two sell-out Hammersmith Apollo shows for legendary film composer Hans Zimmer. We provided liaison between the promoter, venue and tickets agents, moving tickets around to make sure they were always available. We also provided weekly sales reporting and remote support with the settlement and reconciliation of the shows after the event.

    Victoria Park, Leicester - Guest List Management - 2014

    Ginger Owl Productions were asked to manage the friends and family list for the huge Kasabian homecoming gig at Leicester's Victoria Park. We supplied 6 experienced staff to manage all the bands personal lists at the Victoria Park and De Montfort Hall sites.


    King Power Stadium – 2016

    The Leicester-born band surprised thousands of City supporters by celebrating the teams Premier League win by playing two sell-out gigs at the King Power Stadium. Ginger Owl Productions provided guest ticketing services, choir wrangler and a production co-ordinator for the show. All guest list requests and ticket buys were collated in advance we supplied 4 experienced staff to manage the bands personal guest lists for friends and family onsite.

    Leicester Music Festival - Leicester Tigers - Guest List Services - 2014

    Ginger Owl Productions were asked to manage and supply staff for the festival guest list. This included collating and managing guest lists for management, staff, bands and suppliers at the new two day Festival at the Leicester Tigers Stadium. A charity collection was also implemented onsite.

    Nancy Skipper ran the guest list for Live Nation from 2008 - 2012 including Wireless and Hard Rock Calling Festivals and managed the guest list staffing for 2013 & 2014.

    OnBlackheath Festival - Blackheath Common - Ticketing & Guest List 2014

    Ginger Owl Productions set up and managed the ticketing manifest for OnBlackheath from April 2014 to the end of the event. We allocated tickets to main agents, specialist ticketing operators, corporate partners and arranged special offers and promo codes. We delivered a sales report three times a week from on-sale to show day and provided full settlement and reconciliation information after the event.

    Onsite we managed the ticketing teams, Box Office sales, accessibility liaison for disabled customers and customer entry points, delivering hourly customer counts for event control and overseeing scanning and entry lanes.

    Ginger Owl Productions also managed the Festival Guest List for all suppliers, artists, management, sponsors and partners and implemented a charity collection onsite.

    The Who Hits 50 - UK Tour 2014 - Guest List Services

    Ginger Owl Productions managed the guestlist for the Who 2013 European tour and 2014, The Who Hits 50 UK Tour, co-ordinating every request and ticket buy, as well as managing the allocations and liaising with the promoters. Ginger Owl Productions sent tickets out in advance and arranged the collections on site as required.

    Ginger Owl Productions also supplied experienced staff to manage the guest list onsite for the London shows.


    The Who - Isle Of Wight Festival - 2016

    Ginger Owl Productions were asked to manage the friends and family list for The Who’s headline show at the legendary Isle of Wight Festival. We supplied an experienced guest list Manager to manage all the bands personal lists in advance and on show day.

    UK TOUR – 2015
    Ginger Owl were contracted by UB40 to oversee all the guest list requirements for their 2015 UK tour including hometown dates in Birmingham and at Brixton Academy. The role was to monitor allocations and liaise with the promoter rep to release any unused seats in good time whilst also ensuring there were enough tickets available for band, crew and management as required. Regional shows were taken care of remotely by providing a final guest list each day to the promoter rep and a guest list person was provided for the Birmingham and London shows to look after tickets, collections, passes and charity donation collection. Ginger Owl also provided guest information sheets for each venue, which were sent to all guests in advance of the larger shows.
