    Copperbox Arena - 2016

    On Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th July the first-ever Afro Unites event celebrating Afro culture through sport and music will took place at the Copper Box Arena. Ginger Owl Productions provided an experienced production co-ordinator to work on the show.

    Liverpool Echo Arena - 2016

    This unique event showcases the best of British television to the world’s top TV executives. With over 700 delegates attending annually from every corner of the globe, Showcase is the world’s biggest television sales market hosted by a single distributor. Ginger Owl Productions provided 3 key event staff to assist the BBC core team, these were Accreditation Manager, Operations Assistant and Production Co-ordinator. They were onsite for a week assisting with the setup and show days.

    Comic Relief Danceathon - Wembley Arena - March 2015

    Ginger Owl Productions provided our Event Management services for the first ever Danceathon in aid of Comic Relief broadcast live on the BBC red button for 6 hours of sponsored dancing.

    The event featured a host of celebrities including BBC Strictly stars and was hosted by Edith Bowman and Claudia Winkleman. 12 of the nation's best dance instructors led an audience of 2,000, changing styles every 30 minutes from 50s to Streetdance via Disco, Bollywood, West End musicals, and more.

    Ginger Owl Production scheduled all aspects of the running order making sure all technical departments and instructors kept to the tight timings. We also supplied stage management and a show caller in addition to Event Management team for the event.

    Greenwich Peninsula - 2016

    Corona Sunsets brought a true beach vibe to Greenwich Peninsula alongside attractions such as Corona cocktails and tribal body painting with music from legends Norman Jay and Robin Schulz. Ginger Owl Productions supplied 20 event staff including Artist Liaison, Accreditation, Welfare, Wristbanding and Data Collection staff.

    RAH - UK Tour - 2015 & 2016

    Ginger Owl Productions were employed by Harvey Goldsmith’s company APM to look after all aspects of the booking and promoting of the David Gilmour shows at the Brighton Centre in 2015 and the Royal Albert Hall in 2015 & 2016. This included booking the dates and contracting with the venues, marketing and managing the ticket manifest for all the shows. We also planned and assisted with the negotiations of the strict Terms and Conditions put in place for the shows to ensure that tickets were sold to fans primarily and were less likely to end up on the secondary market. Ginger Owl Productions also supplied a Guest List team and Promoter Rep for the events in 2015 & 2016. Our rep managed the venue advance including the CDM regulations, arranged the aftershow party and also provided the settlement on the night.

    Impractical Jokers – UK & Ireland Tour 2017

    Ginger Owl Production provided production management for the Impractical Jokers UK & Ireland tour. This included contracting all suppliers including lights, sound, video, SFX & catering, budgeting the production and promoter elements of the tour, booking all crew transport and accommodation, organizing travel logistics and completing all H&S and CDM documentation for the tour.

    Nancy has been managing all aspects of the Jools Holland UK winter tour since 2005, from venue routing, marketing, budgeting, settlements and repping each venue personally.

    Live Nation - UK Promoters Rep

    Julie has been a promoters rep for Live Nation since 2005 advancing tours, managing the show budget, booking all suppliers where required (video, lighting, PA, riggers, local crew, catering, transport, SFX, accommodation etc) and providing full accounts at the end of each tour.

    Teenage Cancer Trust - Royal Albert Hall - 2000 - Present

    Both Julie and Nancy have been involved with the Teenage Cancer Trust shows since the first inaugural show in 2000. Julie advances all band technical details along with the Production Manager and produces a show information booklet and liaises with the show suppliers. Nancy looks after the accreditation but also manages all hotel and ground transport arrangements for crew, staff and artists where necessary.

    V Festival - Weston Park - 2005 - Present

    Julie has worked on V Festival at Weston Park since 2005. This role entails advancing with all artists their technical requirements for risers, set, backline, sound, lights, video, crew and rigging and working with suppliers to make sure they have all artist information. We also advance all aspects of the backstage requirements including dressing room and furniture, riders, transportation details and catering numbers.

    Windsor Castle - 2016

    Spectators enjoyed world-class equestrian sport and fabulous international entertainment in the stunning grounds of Windsor Castle. The show featured international competitions in Show Jumping, Driving and Endurance as well as spectacular displays from acts from around the world including the Canadian Mounted Police and The Chilean Huasos, all of which were taking part in The Queen’s 90th Birthday Celebration. Ginger Owl Productions provided a Participation Catering Helpdesk Manager to tackle any discrepancies or problems with the newly implemented RFID entry to catering where over 3000 meals were served each day.
