ONBLACKHEATH FESTIVAL - TICKETING, GUEST LIST & ARTIST LIAISON SERVICES
Artist Liaison Management

Ginger Owl was commissioned to run the Artist Liaison in advance and on site for the newly launched OnBlackheath Festival in 2014. This included advancing all artist travel, logistics, show timings, dressing room facilities, catering facilities and guest ticket details. We produced an information itinerary for all artists and were the initial point of contact for the technical advance.

Ticketing & Guest List Management

Ginger Owl set up and managed the ticketing manifest for OnBlackheath from April 2014 to the end of the event. We allocated tickets to main agents, specialist ticketing operators, corporate partners and arranged special offers and promo codes. We delivered a sales report three times a week from on-sale to show day and provided full settlement and reconciliation information after the event.

Onsite we managed the ticketing teams, Box Office sales, accessibility liaison for disabled customers and customer entry points, delivering hourly customer counts for event control and overseeing scanning and entry lanes.

Ginger Owl also managed the Festival Guest List for all suppliers, artists, management, sponsors and partners.
