Ginger Owl Productions can set up and fully manage your Meet and Greet or VIP packages for your event.  We provide an end to end service to include:
 

• Advising on premium ticket locations and quantities to hold off sale.
• Package setup with ticketing agents and venue.
• Liaison with merchandise company for any merchandise element included in the package.
• Liaison with artist management for any meet and greet or soundcheck access element included in the package.
• Liaising with venue for timings and locations of package and any security required.
• Onsite Staffing to include checking in of merchandise, greeting patrons and management of onsite VIP package.
• Full settlement and reconciliation report post event.
